Something about our catalogue has been quietly annoying for a while. If you wanted a forum, member profiles, and a Q&A section, you bought three things, at three prices, with three renewal dates to keep track of. Each one made sense on its own. Put together, they added up faster than they should have.
So we have done the obvious thing. From today there are five bundles, each one a group of extensions that people were already buying together anyway, at a price that reflects the fact you are buying more than one.
How they work
A bundle is a single annual subscription, the same as any individual extension. What you get is one licence key that unlocks every extension inside it. Paste the key once, and all of them start receiving updates through the normal Joomla updater. There are no per-extension download keys to copy around, and there is one renewal date instead of one for every extension you own.
Every bundle comes in two plans. The 1 Site plan activates on one Joomla installation. The 5 Sites plan activates on up to five, which is what you want if you run a few sites or build for clients. The software is identical either way. The plan only decides how many installations the key covers.
QuillThreads is free on its own, and it stays free, so it is included in the bundles it belongs in without adding anything to the price. Where we quote a saving below, we have worked it out from the paid extensions only.
Every bundle also comes with $10 of AI credits a year. You get them when you subscribe and again at each renewal, and they work with the AI features across our extensions. The whole year's allowance lands up front rather than dripping out monthly, so you can spend it on one busy week if that is when you need it. Credits do not roll over at renewal, and you can top up at any point with an AI Credits plan if you get through them.
The five bundles
Content & Engagement, $99 a year
GPS Tools, Community Quotes, Community Polls, Rewardify, and QuillThreads.
This one is for publishers. Writing the articles is the easy part, and getting people to come back is the actual work. So you get threaded comments under every article, a quotes library your readers can contribute to, polls you can publish in seconds, proper GPX and KML route maps for travel and trail content, and a points system that quietly rewards the people who keep turning up.
Bought separately the paid four come to $207 a year. The bundle is $99, or $179 for five sites.
Learning & Feedback, $129 a year
Community Quiz, Community Surveys, EasyForms, and Community Polls.
Training and research run on the same loop. You deliver something, you measure what happened, you act on the answer. Community Quiz handles courses, exams, grading, and certificates. Community Surveys does the serious research work, with branching logic, invitation campaigns, and reporting. EasyForms collects everything else, and Community Polls answers the quick questions that were never going to justify a full survey.
Separately these are $229 a year. The bundle is $129, or $199 for five sites.

CjForum, Sociable, Community Answers, Community Quotes, Community Polls, Rewardify, and QuillThreads.
Communities do not run on one feature. People need somewhere to talk, a profile that means something, a place to ask questions, and a reason to keep participating after the first week. This is all of that on infrastructure you own, with Rewardify awarding points across the forum, the Q&A, the quotes, the polls, and the comments, so participation in any corner of the site counts.
The six paid extensions are $316 a year on their own. The bundle is $129, or $199 for five sites.
Commerce Suite, $129 a year
EasyCommerce, the Storefront Bundle with all six templates, Community Quiz, EasyForms, and Rewardify.
A store is more than a cart. You need a storefront that looks finished, a way to take orders and subscriptions, forms for the things a product page cannot capture, something to sell beyond physical goods, and a reason for customers to come back. You get EasyCommerce with every one of the six storefront templates, so you can restyle the whole shop whenever the brand moves, plus Community Quiz if you want to sell courses or certification, and Rewardify for loyalty points that redeem against orders.
Separately that is $358 a year. The bundle is $129, or $199 for five sites.
All Access, $199 a year
Everything we make. All eleven paid extensions, the six storefront templates, and QuillThreads.
If you build Joomla sites for a living, or you have one site that keeps growing, buying extensions one at a time stops making sense fairly quickly. All Access is the whole catalogue on one key with one renewal date: commerce, community, learning, forms, surveys, polls, Q&A, quotes, rewards, maps, and every template.
Anything new we release while your subscription is running is included, at no extra cost. You will not get an email asking you to buy the next thing.
The catalogue comes to $745 a year bought piece by piece. All Access is $199, or $299 for five sites.
Which one to pick
If you already know what you are building, pick the bundle named after it. The three middle bundles are all $129, so the only question is which set of tools matches the site.
If you are somewhere between two of them, look at All Access before you decide. At $199 it is $70 more than a single suite and it removes the question entirely, which is worth something on its own if the site is still taking shape. Roughly speaking, one suite makes sense when you know the shape of the project, and All Access makes sense when you do not, or when there is more than one project.
There is deliberate overlap between the bundles. Rewardify, EasyForms, and Community Polls each turn up in more than one, because they genuinely belong in more than one. You are not being asked to pay for the same thing twice.
What this does not change
Every extension is still sold on its own. If you need one thing, buy one thing. Bundles are there for the case where you were going to buy several anyway, and nothing about the individual products has changed.
If you already subscribe to one of our extensions, nothing happens today. Your subscription carries on and renews on its existing terms.
The $10 of AI credits is the same in every bundle, including All Access. Beyond that allowance, AI Credits stay on their own monthly plan, because AI is metered usage rather than a licence and we would rather sell you more only when you actually need more.
