CJBlog menu item "Create an Article" works fine.
But, use the menu and go to Blog Categories or to Blog Category, then use the in page link "Create an Article", and that will not work. The link generates a strange URL https://domain_name_dot_com/index.php/ur-blogs/blog-categories?view=form&a_id=0&layout=edit&return=aHR0cHM6Ly9idWlsZHRoZXdhbGxvcmZhbGwub3JnL2luZGV4LnBocC91ci1ibG9ncy9ibG9nLWNhdGVnb3JpZXM/dmlldz1jYXRlZ29yaWVzJmlkPTg=
