Remove voting?

In Community Answers 1.7.3, is it possibe to remove the voting system on the answers? (Thumbs up and thumbs down)?

The reason is because it doesn't work. I am using a SEF component (sh404sef), and the vote button doesn't register the vote, I don't think it does the entry because of the component changing the non-sef urls. The same with the accept answer button, it moves it to "resolved". But it doesn't pull in the data (accepted answer) and it won't colour in the answer.

So I think this is why the voting doesn't pull through etc. So can I remove the voting?
