Menu Item was not created?

I see in the documentation where it says "By default CjBlog installer creates a menu "CjBlog" with all the required menu items. You can move these menu items to any other menu or under any other submenu items. CjBlog just needs these menu items published"

I did an installation but didnt see this menu item created. I also can't uninstill the package to try it again. Can't get any functionality on the frontend without this.

Help?
