Styling and more

I think I remember why I didn't use this last time - the styling, out of the box, is not nice, and getting it to look half way decent is unintuitive. However, I'm prepared to give it another shot, but the lack of documentation makes it hard.

1. I have an H1 title "Latest Articles" showing at the top of the page and want to turn it off. Where please?
2. Read more, and next / previous - how do I assign my button style to this? In most other things I can drop in a new class and we're good to go, but CjB doesn't seem to offer this - at least not easily.
