Total points awarded for user?

Hi,

we want to use the awarded point (for creating article, saying thank you, reacting on forum, etc) as virtual money for our community.
The user can view the list of all points rewarded, but what is missing is the total of points awarded.
The only way I can see them is in the back-end, but the users do not have access there :)

Is it possible to extend the overview of points to also display the total? (e.g. like in the attached screen capture)
