Action Buttons not working

Hi I am using the latest version CJForum and Joomla, have tested with the default template as well as the active template and the action button does nothing. I am unable to reply to the response on another thread as I no longer have permission to post on it. I also sent in a response via the contact form and haven't heard back yet. I posted this and again don't have access to reply - screenshot attached
