CJForum topic subscription sends emails to users even if user is disabled at joomla level - this should not happen

Hello,

If user is disabled at joomla level then cjforum topics emails should not be sent to such users.

however cjforum sends emails to all subscriptions even if user is disabled at joomla level

please fix this as this is in error
