Best answer can be answered by anyone?

Hi everybody,

Problem with community answers where anybody can accept the best answer to a question somebody asks. It should work so that only the person that asks the question can accept the best answer. I noticed there are permissions in the configuration for who can accept the best answer but how can I set it so only the person that asked the question can?
