Redirect to login page if user don't have access

Hi All,

How to redirect to login page if they don't have access to quiz Ex: public

if i give the link directly to anyone it says this messages now

You are not allowed to respond to this quiz.

Note: how can i redirect them to login page if they are not members or where should i change the text ?
