Styling Error?

I'm not quite sure what is going on here or what is being effected since I'm new to Community Answers...

Any idea why the 'header' area is being extended and the text (or maybe title) is appearing behind it?

Is there a conflict with another plug-in? If so, any idea which one (if maybe you've seen this before.)
