My Formatting of Crosswords is wrong

Hey there

I have attached an image of the current crossword set up. I have two questions.

1. How do I make the crossword creation sit under the categories instead of to the side and off the template.
2. See the buttons at the very bottom of the page, I cannot read them but can see there is a line with a link on it to somewhere. Presumably one is Submit.
What haven't I set up properly for it to be like this?
