bug: adding a poll as a guest

I set my global poll configuration so, that if a guest adds a new poll it has to be first approved by a admin. But when they submit the poll, they get the message acces forbidden 403
I think this is because it redirects to the poll, but the poll isn't approved.
isn't it possible to show a screen:"poll is submitted for revieuw" and then a redirection link to the main page?
