Can't disable embedding poll, more by user or menu

I've purchased and installed this extension and the script plugin and created my first poll. Unfortunately, when I set "embedding poll" to 'disabled', the setting will not save.

Also, I'd like to remove:
"more by "
"embed this"
"latest polls"
"most voted polls"
and the "polls home" menu

In short, I'd like a poll that users can come to and cast their vote. I'd like all the other CommunityPolls options removed. Please help.
