category in international language

Hi,
I just purchased a subscription, and while testing it out, I came up with the following questions:

1/ I tried to use an international language when setting up the categories but was not able to do so. Is there any special setting I need to accomplish this? This also applies to the title, description, and voting options.

2/ Is there an import feature to import polls from the standard Joomla poll.

3/ Is it possible to display polls in a single category using a menu item, such that when I click on the menu item, all polls in a specific category is displayed. What I want to do is to have different menu items for different poll categories.
