Community Polls help

Hello all,

I have purchased extension "Communtiy polls" and have problems with almost everything. Do you have any help files "How to start"? I have installed this files :
- mod_randompoll_v1.0
- com_communitypolls_v1.5.1
- mod_communitypolls_v1.0.1

I am not able to install this other 2 plug in files:
- plg_communitypolls_aup_v1.0.0
- com_communitypolls.plugin_v1.0.0

Anyhow I don't know how to create a poll. Is it possible for admin to create polls? Please give me a link to some "start up guide".
