communitypolls mutipolls with "canonical" tag?

Hello,
There's a component in my site that will add facebook like and comment and Google+1. But I found everytime the link will be directed my Mullpolls page. Then I queryed all my site and found there's a "canonical" tag that maybe add by Polls. Would you please help check if it's from polls and then to remove it.
