Editing Parameter per poll or per Poll's Category

Hi everybody,

I haven't found a way to adjust parameters for each poll or poll's category. If I choose Options and change these parameters they effect to all polls. How can I adjust for example Vote Restriction Method or Enable Polls Anywhere for a certain amount of polls (not all)?
