Error trying to create new poll from front end

I am testing Cpolls 3.2.5 in J2.5.8. When submitting a poll via the front end as a registered user I get the following errors: Required fields missing or invalid data entered. Please try again. Error Code: 105100

+ Below each answer field: Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/slpaparn/public_html/components/com_communitypolls/views/form/tmpl/default.php on line 120.

I saw someone mention something about checking admin options for a 'fill all fields' option (or something like that) but I see nothing like that. Any assistance would be appreciated.
