Module Random Poll Causes CSS Conflicts

Hello,

I am having an issue where the Random Poll module conflicts with my template, causing a weird CSS issue. I have uploaded an attachment of what the template normally looks like compared to what happens to the template after I publish the Random Poll module.

I believe the problem may be attributed to the inability to assign a module suffix in the parameters; however, I am uncertain as to the cause. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
