Multilingual site

Hi,
I'm developing a multilingual website, edoula.me.

I set each poll twice, one for each language. I wanted to ask:
1. Is there a better way to translate other than duplicating the poll?
2. The results are separated which is very problematic. Is there any way to associate between polls so the results will be collected together?
