Ordering function polls backend

Hi Maverick,

Firts of all thanks for the great job on Community Polls, really like it!

In the backend you added ordering for polls (thanks again). I'd like to have one more thing added for ordering polls, i'd like to move them up or down (see attachment). Is this hard to code? I've looked in to the code but i got lost...

Hope it's no hard to add this.
