Public not able to vote

Hi,

since I've updated to the latest version (2.0.9.) something wrong went with voting system. You can vote only if you are registered user, even though I gave permission for voting to everybody.

If you try to vote and you are not logged-in, all you got is forever-spinning wheel, and only in Google Chrome you get a message that you need to be logged-in to be able to vote.

Can somebody help me out?
