View poll 'End message' after voting

Hi,

In case a user vote on a poll he sees the 'End message' set.
The problem is that in case he already voted on a poll he only see a message "You have already voted on this poll".

I want him to also see the 'end message' in case he previously voted.

Please advise how can this be done.
