"You are not allowed to vote on this poll..."

I installed Community Poll today.

When a user casts their vote in a poll, the message "you are not allowed to vote on this poll, please contac admin".

Please advise how I enable this?

I can vote as Admin myself but how do I turn it on for the users at my site.

I have "vote" set to Public.

Thank you for any advice.
