Change default wording

Hello, I would like to change the default response guest get when they are not members. It now says "You are not allowed to respond to this quiz." I Would like to change it to something like "You are not allowed to respond to this quiz. Please Register To Respond." What file should I Alter? Thanks and by the way, great component.
