Edit Score/Answer marks

Hi All, Is there a way to either give the person taking the quiz to make an answer answer, or mark they want checked? I am thinking for a single text entry if there is a spelling mistack, or numbers spelt rather than as a digit. The quiz writer could then look at these and amend the scores. Also is there a way of allowing options of the answer (e.g. allow three and 3 both to be a correct answer)? Thanks in advance
