Hey,
We'd like to have a quiz that asks users to rate their response/feelings on a scale and then we add up their score afterwards.
Some example questions:
- How do you feel about ..... (rate from 1 - 10 where 1 is don't like and 10 is like)
- How often do you do ..... (rate from 1 - 10 where 1 is not often and 10 is often)
I currently have radio lists Community Quiz set up with answers 1 - 10 and a marking number for each. However, there isn't a right/wrong answer in this situation so we need a way for questions to not have answers but still have a score added up at the end.
Is this something that is possible to add or already available somehow?
