1. User finishes quiz successfully, but he/she forget to download certificate after that. In the Community Quizzes » My Responses, she/he have no certificate link to download also. When backend admin goes to community Quizzes >> responses, chooses corresponding response and clicks on the "download you certificate" button, she/he gets "You do not have permission to view this resource." How user gets his certificate later?
2. In the Community Quizzes » My Responses, there is two columns: report and certificate. How is possible to not show report when quiz was finished below Cut-off Marks and not succeeded? Otherwise, he/she may take the test incorrectly the first time, look at the correct answers, and then answer correctly
