I try to insert the shortcodes (e.g. {loadmoduleid 215}) in the result page but it doesn't work, instead of the plugin it loads only the shortcode {loadmoduleid 215}. However, the test promo successfully loads this shortcode.
How can I make the shortcodes also work on the result page?

Did you mean the score-wise messages shown on the result page?
Yes, you got it right, I mean the shortcodes written in the editors, whose texts are displayed along with the results.
I think this function is needed in order to offer a choice along with the test result, for example consultation, another test, contact form by e-mail, call, etc.
