Default author icon path is incorrect

I just upgraded to the most recent version of Community Quotes and most recent version cjlib. I am using Joomla 2.5.17 and everything else is up to date.

When creating a test quote from front end, I create a new author without adding a custom avatar. Upon approving the quote, I see that the path to the image is incorrect. The image path displays as: /images/authors/size-64/.jpg instead of as /media/com_communityquotes/images/64-nophoto.jpg.

Please let me know how I can correct this. If a custom avatar isn't selected, it should automatically display a default image which isn't happening.
