After survey upgrade issue

I just upgraded from 1.5 to 1.51 surveys. I see 1.52 available, but I cant find the download.
Im using a joomla 1.5.
Anyways, after what seemed like a simple upgrade install from the install in admin, my surveys are not functioning properly.

If a logged in user, or admin clicks survey name, the page simply refreshes, and no survey is displayed. The url displays as if it is on the correct survey page though??

Also, with the new survey module, if anyone clicks a survey title, they are only brought to the main survey page, instead of the survey question. And again, if they click the survey title, the page only refreshes, and no surveys are available.

This was functioning properly before hand.
I additionally uploaded the xmap plugin for surveys....
