We have just tried to install community survey but are having troubles. Steps taken to install:
1- install pkg_cjlib.zip (latest 2.4.0)
2- install pkg_communitysurveys_v4.0.2
No problems are reported when installed but all front-end website goes blank and most of the back-end also goes blank (blank pages).
PHP log is throwing the following whenever we click on problematic links:

PHP Fatal error: Class 'JComponentRouterBase' not found in /var/www/html/components/com_communitysurveys/router.php on line 13, referer: http://www.website.com.sv/administrator/index.php?option=com_plugins&view=plugins
Environment tech details:
Joomla version: Joomla! 3.2.3 Stable
PHP version: 5.5.8
MySQL version: 5.1.71
Joomla system is unusable at this time!
Please advice.
