I have searched the forums for a solution to my issue and, though I have found posts related to it, there doesn't seem to be a solution posted. I was using Community Surveys without issue on a Joomla! 2.5 installation. I have recently upgraded to Joomla! 3.6.2 and installed the latest CJLib and Community Surveys packages. After finding the issues outlined below, I uninstalled Community Surveys and CJLib, reinstalling again.
I embedded a survey in an article and a few issues arise when viewing the article. See the article for yourself :
- First I receive a PHP error above the survey welcome message: "Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /home/schwitte/public_html/backup_365/components/com_communitysurveys/helpers/route.php on line 53" (See attachments)
- Second, when I try to activate the survey, I receive only a "Please Wait" screen (see attachments). In the console I receive the following error(s):
