"Discover" and "My Stuff" dropdowns not working

Installed and configured Community Survey v3.6.8, clicking on the "Discover" or "My Stuff" menu do not show any dropdowns. There is nothing shown in the JavaScript console. Saw a similar thread on this forum about those menu being inoperative, it was resolved by installation "Toomanyfiles" joomla plugin, tried that and it did not help.

There appears to be a conflict with MooTools library. This site uses one of the Rocket Themes.
