It seems that community surveys records a response in the database every time the survey is visited - whether or not the "finish" or "save" button is clicked. This has recently lead to 10x more empty responses in the DB (and in csv report when exported) than the number of completed responses. Have tried with and without the intro page.
How can this behavior be disabled?
