Using the Surveys in Article capability, a user can go to a public webpage that has a survey that they do not have permission to take.
When that happens, they get a message displayed "You are unauthorised to respond to this survey"
But they also get the END OF SURVEY MESSAGE displayed that was setup on the survey. Also, if message is empty, the empty box shows. See picture below.
I know it's a defect. Can you tell me what file and line number I can edit to comment out/remove that message from appearing when the "You are unauthorized to respond to this survey" message is displayed.
