Error Unknown column

After upgrading to 3.3.4 I can not edit the survey questions any more. When I but Debug On I get the ALERT:

Error:
Unknown column 'orientation' in 'field list' SQL=insert into jos_survey_questions (title, description, survey_id, page_number, question_type, created_by, mandatory, custom_choice, sort_order, orientation) values ('Enter question title','',32,131,1,66,0,0,1,'H')

Error code: 10005

Any idea what causes this?
