Goto Specific Question based on previous answer

I'm a little confused on the rules options.

What I would like be able to have the customer go to a specific question based on the answer to a previous question.

For example: (Not an actual question)
Question: What is your favorite color?
Answer choices: Red, Blue, Yellow, Green.

If "Red" then goto Question 2
If "Blue" then goto Question 3
If "Yellow" then goto Question 4
If "Green" then goto Question 5

Can I do that with the existing rules or can this type of rule be added?
