How to outline the Matrix columns evenly?

Hi Maverick,

When you create a matrix grid, the width of the columns varies depending on the column-textlabel used. Also the selection rounds begin at the left in the column. This looks a bit sloppy if your column-textlabels vary in length.

Is there a way to have the columns adjust to the same width and have the selection rounds centered in the column, below the center of the column-textlabel?
