Install Error: You are not authorised to view this

Hi,
I have recently installed Community Survey for Joomla 1.6 and also installed and enabled the plg_jquery_v1.6.1. plugin. However, when I try to access the Community Survey component in as an administrator from the menu, I get the following error:

You are not authorised to view this resource.

Has anyone experienced this? Does anyone know of a solution? Thanks!
