My clients who use Internet Explorer (I know, but their business makes them use it since some of their software doesn't work without it) can't get the survey here to work:

It looks like other browsers work fine. So for the majority of cases I can have them use something else, but once in a while I get pushback.
Is there something I can do to make it work for IE users?
