The previously available special field "Name" is missing from the form builder. Existing forms with the "Name" field prior to updating to v8.0 still have it, however we are unable to insert it into new forms.
Also, we seem to remember there is another field where the user can fill in more than 1 short answer for a question, like:
- Guest 1 - (short answer input)
- Guest 2 - (short answer input)
- Guest 3 - (short answer input)
Since the update it was changed to "short answer" type which completely broke the question (no input at all).
