Multi-slider questions show zero responses on consolidated report and no export to excel option

Hi,

I have latest version 5.5 and latest cjlib 3.0.10

For some reason the multi-slide option does not show the questions in the consolidate report for any multi-slider question, nor does it add the values - they are all set at 0%. 

I can see they have been answered in the responses but they don't show in the reports. If I export the report and open in excel, in the response vales it has the options rather that the result. 

So if my multi-slider question was on a scale of 1-10 how would you rate following:

A

B

C

And they rate them all at 5, I would expect to see 5 as the output in the spreadsheet, but instead see: A,B,C

Is there a quick fix for this?
