On Community Surveys - Paid surveys

Hi,

Can I set it so that if a user want to create a survey, points are deducted from their AUP profile?

I would like to have a options for a some plans, like how many times it has to be filled in (or a time limited survey) in return for points (which they can buy or earn while promoting the service).
