Other access problem

I´ve created as an administrator a public survey, and then , when I tried to access like a registered user I get this error: 401 - Error: 10307 - You have already taken this survey. If you did not taken this survey, please contact survey administrator.

I attach a file with my access configuration in order to clear the explanation.

Anyway,instead of a error page wouldn´t be better a joomla error message indicating that
{CJATTACHMENT }
you can not access certain areas?
