Problem creating surveys with new installation

Hi,

I'm running joomla 1.7

I just installed the Jquery plugin, then the component and finally the module file. I have followed the instructions as best I can but a couple of problems.

My configuration page does not have the lists of users referred to in the documentation - not sure if this is major problem or not.

When I finally was able to put in place a menu link to a page to Menu creation page, the form ends with continue# - Clicking continue does nothing. I see no way to create the form that I want or move to the next page.

Your help would be appreciated.
