I have set the rights to Public authorised to Respond to Surveys (see image enclosed)
The community Surveys version is 5.1.6
The survey is not private and has Public access (see image enclosed).
The survey should be displayed through menu item, with public access. (see image enclosed)
What else should be done?
The website is protected by htpasswrd which I can send in private message if you need.
