Specific Survey assignment

Hello,

I am looking for a simple way to have 3 sets of questions rated (1-10). In the Poll i can only ask one question as far as i understand. But in Survey in the combox box option I can do so. However I only want to ask these question when a specific function is visited by a user and then only show that list of questions. Is this feasible with Survey or will it be as a module?
