I'm not sure what's going on, but when I enter a time for a survey CS converts it to 4 hours in the future.
I called my hosting provider my shared server is America/Chicago
Joomla version 3.3.3
My joomla configuration.php is
public $offset = 'America/New_York';
I'm having no issues with other times. Please advise.
